As a Talent Acquisition Partner (m/f/d), you will play a key role in supporting MB Energy's hiring priorities by delivering high-quality recruitment across a diverse portfolio of roles – primarily in Germany, with exposure to international hiring as well. You will take ownership of recruitment processes end-to-end, actively engage candidates, and help build stronger talent pipelines and a sustainable talent pool for future business needs. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role in which your contribution will directly impact business growth and capability building.
