About N-Dream N-Dream is the team behind AirConsole. AirConsole brings casual gaming to cars. Passengers play together without gamepads by using smartphones as advanced controllers. Our hybrid cloud platform provides instant access to multiple games without the need for any additional hardware. About the Role We are part of the KPIT group and already work with premium automotive partners including BMW, Audi, Porsche, and VW. You will own and drive strategic partnerships with automotive OEMs across Europe. This is a high-ownership role for someone who can run complex, solution-based sales cycles end-to-end, align internal stakeholders, and win partners with clear business value and strong follow-through. What You Will Do Take ownership of existing OEM leads and convert them into signed partnerships for our in-car gaming solution Source and qualify new strategic partner targets aligned with our goals Run complex stakeholder environments across procurement, product, engineering, legal, and business leadership Create compelling proposals, business cases, and partnership plans (value, rollout scope, commercial model, timelines) Coordinate internal teams (product, project, marketing) to support evaluation, pilots, and integration readiness Drive post-signature execution: timelines, governance, milestones, and joint initiatives Coordinate and enable KPIT
